Lunch rolls

With any of EnviroVegan's recipes you can take out and add in any ingredients, they're only measured out ideas made into food, change them up and add your own creativity!

Ingredients:


Rolls

Cucumber

Carrots

Tomatoes

Vegan cold cuts of choice (we used Woolworths gherkin cold cuts for this roll)

Butter replacement (we used coconut oil)

Mayonnaise

Salt & pepper


Instructions:


  1. Prep your veggies; cut up the tomatoes and cucumber and grate the carrots

  2. Cut the roll, spread your butter of choice and add mayo

  3. Add all of your fillings to the roll, sprinkle some salt and pepper and enjoy your roll!


Other filling ideas:


You can add literally anything you like to a roll, get as creative as you want to with your food! Pack it with veggies loaded in protein, vitamins, minerals and nutrients!

- Lettuce / spinach / rocket / kale

- Gherkins / pickles of any kind / olives

- Peppers / onions / fresh herbs / seeds / sprouts

- Vegan cheese / vegan cold cuts / vegan "chicken" strips

- Vegan mayo / sweet chili sauce / tomato sauce
