Sourdough from your local bakery because local is lekker

Cucumber

Tomato

Purple onion

Avocado

Coconut oil for butter

Spinach & rocket

B-Well mayonnaise


Method:

  1. Slice up the sourdough and toast them.

  2. While the bread is toasting, wash your spinach and rocket leaves.

  3. Slice up the cucumber, tomatoes, avo and onion.

  4. Once the bread is toasted, smear on coconut oil as butter, add some mayo and layer on your toppings.

  5. To finish off, sprinkle liberally with the Nutri Spice!

You can add anything else you want to your open sandwich from gherkins to sweet chili sauce to vegan meat replacements! Go WILD with your ideas and sprinkle that spice on it!
