Cheezy Pizza Time!

With pizzas there are an endless amount of topping combinations that you can choose from, here are some ideas and the best pizza dough recipe!
Dough Ingredients: Toppings Ingredients:
1x packet of yeast Cheese of choice (we used Nature & Moi)
2x tablespoons agave Olives
3x tablespoons of olive oil Mushrooms
Pinch of salt Purple & white onions
2x cups luke-warm water Red / green / yellow peppers
4x cups flour Fresh & dried herbs
For the tomato base we used tinned chopped & peeled tomato really tastes amazing!
You can add absolutely anything that you like on pizza! Baby marrow (courgette / zucchini), spinach / kale / rocket, avo, pineapple, vegan ham / sausage / fish, any sauce, go crazy!
Instructions:
Add wet ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.
Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Cover with a cloth and let stand for 10minutes in a warm spot with no air.
When there are bubbles on top, the yeast has activated, mix in a about 4 cups of flour so the dough becomes soft and isn't sticky anymore.
Let it stand covered in a warm spot for about 15 minutes to rise more.
Separate the dough into balls of however many pizzas you would like.
On a clean, flat surface sprinkle some flour and roll them out a ball into a pizza shape.
We've found that cooking the bases for a little in the oven without toppings first helps crisp out the bases a bit better.
Smear on your tomato base, pile on your toppings and put it in the oven!
When the base looks ready, toppings look yummy and the cheese is melted, your pizza is ready!
